About our Award-Winning Executive Chef Frederick Brown:
The Crowne Plaza culinary team is headed by Executive Chef Frederick Brown. In his 27 years of culinary experience, including three years as a Culinary Specialist for Officer's Clubs in the U.S. Army, Frederick has opened seven hotels and restaurants and has participated in various charity event fundraisers. He was inducted into Chaine des Rotisseurs in March of 2007 and is best known for being a three-time winner of the Houston Food and Beverage Directors/My Table Magazine's Annual Caesar Salad Competition.
